Ninestar has released its "2022 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report" to its stakeholders and the public.

Following on from its 2021 ESG Report, it demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to sustainable development and its focus on corporate governance, environmental protection, and social responsibility.

In 2022, Ninestar continued to improve its ESG management system and governance structure. ESG has been integrated into its business management processes to enhance environmental and social benefits while maintaining economic benefits. To achieve this, then company established an ESG committee consisting of six directors and an ESG project team to plan and coordinate ESG-related work. This is an important milestone in Ninestar's sustainable development journey and demonstrates the company's commitment to building a long-term sustainable enterprise.

Integrity and Carbon Neutrality

In terms of corporate governance, Ninestar continued to improve its governance structure, internal control systems, and compliance awareness among its employees. During the reporting period, the company conducted six compliance-related training sessions, covering 564 participants, and ten anti-corruption and business ethics training sessions to promote a culture of integrity.

As part of its efforts to achieve carbon neutrality before 2060, Ninestar also proudly announced its commitment to the national "dual-carbon" target in 2022. Ninestar is actively responding to the goal of carbon peaking and adhering to a low-carbon operational concept.

To this end, Ninestar also encourages users to participate in the recycling of waste products. In 2022 alone, Ninestar recycled and remanufactured 26 million printer cartridges.
